If you want lower gas prices. You have to contact your senator or congressman and demand that they let the oil companies drill and build refineries . It is the only way the prices will come way down. Don't believe the hype that it is the oil co. fault or it is OPEC'S fault . IT IS THEIR FAULT. They make money kissing the asses of special interest.
