Hugo Chavez Threatens To Halt Oil Exports To U.S.
(Caracas) -- Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez is playing the oil card against the U.S. Chavez is threatening to halt oil exports to the U.S. if, quote, "there were aggression against Venezuela." His announcement comes one day after Bolivian President Evo Morales kicked the U.S. ambassador out of La Paz. The U.S. responded by expelling Bolivia's ambassador from Washington. That move prompted Chavez to call on America to immediately send back the Venezuelan envoy.
