It is the poor who habitually elect Democrats---yet they are still .....................

POOR

"You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred. You cannot build character and courage by taking away people's initiative and independence.

You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves."

Can you really continue to blame poverty on Democrats? Come on! Wake up and smell the theft! The right and the left are robbing this country blind and doing it while pointing at each other.

Demand accountability for all parties. The only way that they can continue to do this is if we continue to buy into the false dichotomy of Democrats and Republicans and blame each other.

First of all, I loved this post.

Second, while I agree with Erik that both parties have departed from the framers model and are no longer serving the people and praticing good government, the policies of the democrats border on deliberately destructive. The democrats know, or should know that their policies of high taxes go hand in hand with high unemployment and poverty.
